Get the healow Mobile App
Connect with Monroe Pediatrics anywhere, anytime with the healow app!
Monroe Pediatrics uses healow, a free and secure app for iPhone and Android, so you can manage your child's care from your phone. With healow you can:
- Send and receive secure messages with our office
- Schedule appointments and get appointment reminders
- View lab results, medication lists, and immunization records
Getting started
- Use the buttons below to download the free "healow" app from the app store for your phone (iPhone = Apple, Android = Google).
- Open the app and tap "Get Started".
- Enter your first name, last name, and date of birth, then tap Continue.
- Tap "Yes, I have a Practice Code" and enter our practice code: JBJGBD
- Confirm the practice is correct and tap "This is My Practice".
- Sign in with your patient portal username and password, or verify your account with the code texted to your mobile phone.
- Create a secure PIN. You'll use this PIN each time you open the app.
